The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 10 days of receiving payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the destination (Region, State, Islands). We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group together two distinct orders placed separately; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent "insured" and special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
Order traceability
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. This number will allow you to track the status of your delivery through the courier's website.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure you provide a complete and correct shipping address during the purchase process to avoid any delays or delivery problems. We are not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.
