The sale of products via the internet is governed by articles 50 et seq. pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides for the consumer's right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred under the following conditions: 

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to AMBRA ITALIA), he or she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must send AMBRA ITALIA a communication to this effect, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to AMBRA ITALIA Via Guido Rossa, 23 – 50068 RUFINA (FI) - ITALY or by email to the address: service@ambraitalia.it always sent within  the aforementioned term of 14 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent without delay within the following 48 hours. 

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: 

1. AMBRA ITALIA will retain a sum of €150 relating to the costs of study, customization and labeling of the Conversion Kit.

2. The right applies to the Conversion Kit in its entirety of components; It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product. 

3. The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, computer supports, etc).

4. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, to place it in a second box; In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product must be avoided.

In accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt by AMBRA ITALIA, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, AMBRA ITALIA will notify the customer of the incident (within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods at its headquarters, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return,  at the same time cancelling the withdrawal request.

AMBRA ITALIA is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the Headquarters, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging is damaged, AMBRA ITALIA will deduct a percentage from the refund due, as a contribution to the restoration costs (up to 50% of the value of the item).

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage ascertained to the original packaging, AMBRA ITALIA will reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by bank transfer. it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
