E-Bike conversion kit for CIAO Piaggio P/PX/PVP/XV series (from 1979 onwards)

N.B. - Not adaptable to the SC series (Right reinforcement plate and different horn: see photo)

The Kit is made up of 90 elements (including the USB memory support with technical support documentation for assembly and control) and contains all the components for installation.

Groups of Components supplied:

· Rear drive wheel (250W-36V motor – 32/45 Nm) already assembled on CIAO 1.2x17" rim - 36 holes and black tire

· Engine controller kit complete with brake levers, display and motion sensor

· Side covering panels, customized, in PX-FL series black plastic.

· Structural components of the rear axle in Ergal 7075

· Components (plates) to reinforce the chassis sides, specific for the PX family

· 36/12 Vdc electrical equipment and components for the main and auxiliary services: (double USB socket, LED lamps for front and rear lights, new horn for PX series with control button)

· Structural, support, closure and protection components for the engine cradle area

· 36V 25 Ah (Lithium-Ion) battery complete with load test

· 160 mm rear disc braking system, with double mobile pad caliper

· Complete stainless/galvanised screws

Commonly used materials such as: adhesive and/or self-bonding tapes, lubricants, cable ties, thread locking liquids, cementing agents, heat shrinkers, etc. are not supplied.
